Terms and Conditions
To be an authorized affiliate of Manna First, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.

Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the Manna First service as an affiliate. By signing up for the Manna First affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions   2013

In accordance with the terms and conditions contained in this agreement
(Hereafter, agreement) I hereby submit my request to become an 
Independent Cooperative Share Person (hereafter, “ICSP”) with
MANNA FIRST (hereafter' 'Company / MF'),
Hereby state and agree as follows:

1. If you live in the USA, you must be of a legal age in the state in which 
you reside, If you are under age you must have a guardian permission and 
having a valid social security or a tax identification number to enter into this 
agreement.  This agreement becomes effective on the date you submit the 
agreement from the website. For all other Country, you'll need to abide by 
their laws. 
2.  Upon submitting the agreement, I understand that I will 
become an ICSP for the company and will be eligible to help 
others to become ICSP, and I will be compensated in accordance to 
the company's terms, conditions, and compensation program.
3.  I understand that as an ICSP, this is not a job and you will be am an 
independent contractor, not an agent, employee or franchise of the 
company. I further understand and agree that as an ICSP I will not be treated as
an employee for federal and state tax purposes, nor will I be treated as an 
employee for the purpose of federal unemployment tax act, federal insurance 
contributions act, the social security act, state unemployment act or state 
employment security act. I understand and agree to pay all applicable 
Federal or state income taxes, self-employment taxes, local taxes and or 
local license fees that may become due as a result of your activities under
this agreement.  Any instance of non-compliance with applicable licensing 
requirement may be grounds for termination.
4.  I agree that as an ICSP I will be solely responsible for all statement 
made regarding the company which are not expressly contain in writing 
in the company's terms and conditions agreement.
5.  I understand and agree that my remuneration will consist solely of
commission / residual upon the involvement of my direct down line eight 
generation deep and as wide as I the ICSP will go.
6.  I understand and agree that if I decide not to continue as an ICSP,
I may submit a written resignation; you will have a one month grace
period to be reinstated, after that you will have to start over again,
depends on the company decision, and reason for your resignation. 
I understand and agree that the company reserved all rights for termination.
7.  I hereby agree to represent the company's compensation plan fairly and
completely, that no recruitment fee can be derived from the mere act of
helping another person to become an ICSP, and that no earning are
guaranteed from the participation in the compensation plan. I agree that I
will make no wrong representation about the actual, potential of expected 
earning of any ICSP of the company.

As an ICSP you are not bound to pay any monthly subscription for our monthly 
services.  You are called a NON-SUBSCRIBING ICSP
In order to be consider a non-subscribing ICSP you must produce at least three 
personal subscribing ICSP within your first two months of becoming a 
non-subscribing ICSP and work with your group each month to build their group.  
All NON-SUBSCRIBING ICSP WILL EARN 50% of their monthly group activities. 
The reason for this is, the system is set up for up line to earn from building 
their down line. It's would not be fair for anyone to help build their down line 
team and the down line refuse to become a subscriber.  If all down line should 
do that, then no one will have an earning.
 
If you choose to start your monthly subscription at any time.  
MF will upgrade you application.  You will need to wait TWO MONTHS 
before you full compensation starts.

For all subscribing ICSP, if you miss one month to pay your subscription, you will 
miss one month of you full compensation.  Your compensation will be a 
non-subscriber ICSP compensation.  If you miss TWO MONTHS of subscription, you 
will get two months of non-subscribing ICSP compensation...  If within three months 
of non-subscription and no group activities, your services will be suspended and 
await for further action

All subscribing ICSP who misses THREE MONTHS of subscription and no 
new ICSP added to you within those three months period, you will be 
disqualified from any further compensation.  Such ICSP will need to start over a 
new application and build a new group of ICSP's.

Compensation Plan Break Down Is Only For Affiliate Members
Signing up is Free, you do not need to pay any money to 
become an affiliate.
There is a $10.80 monthly subscription service charge for services offered
 by Manna First.  This $10.80 is only for affiliate members who choose to 
participate in the monthly compensation plan. This is not a contract, all 
affiliate members do have the right to canceled at any time. 
THIS IS NOT A MEMBERSHIP FEE, WE DO NOT CHARGE MEMBERSHIP FEES
OR SIGN UP COST FOR NEW MEMBERS. 
 ALL MEMBERSHIP AND AFFILIATE MEMBERS ARE FREE.

Manna First pays monthly, your payment will be send to your 
Pay Pal account the 1st week of each month. 

For all affiliates who are participating in this compensation
 plan, this is the breakdown.

ALWAYS KEEP IN MIND THESE EARNING ARE ONLY PAID OUT TO YOU 
FROM THE AFFILIATE MEMBERS IN YOUR DOWN LINE 8TH LEVELS DEEP 
WHO PAYS THEIR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION.  IN OTHER WORDS; IF THERE 
IS AN AFFILIATE MEMBER WHO DID NOT PAY FOR ANY MONTH OF 
SUBSCRIPTION, THOSE AFFILIATE MEMBERS IN THAT UP LINE WILL 
NOT EARN ANY MONEY FROM SUCH AFFILIATE MEMBER.

MF pays 8th level deep and as wide as you can go on all level from your
$10.80 monthly subscription

MF pays $1.00 per person on your 1th level to your 6th level.
On your 7th & 8th level you earn $1.50 per person

This is a breakdown of a possible income you can earn from our 
simplified unlimited growth residual income plan (SUGRI)
Please keep in mind, you are not responsible or required to 
get all those people in your group.  You start by building 
your 1st level and your 1st level will build their 2nd level and so on...
 
For example, this is just an example;
1st level 5 people x $1=$5.00
2nd level 5×5=25 people x $1=$25.00
3rd level 25×5=125 people x $1=$125.00
4th level 125×5=625 people x $1=$625.00
5th level 625×5=3125 people x $1=$3,125.00
6th level 3,125×5=15,625 people x $1=$15,625.00
7th level 15,625×5=78,125 people x $1.50=$117,187.50
8th level 78,125×5=390.625 people x $1.50=$585,937.50
Over a period of time, this will be your monthly earning.  
You'll earn on all levels!
As you build your group, your monthly income 
will be out of this world!

Manna First is paying out almost 89% to our affiliate members from $10.80 
Manna First retain 10%, $0.10 cent from each dollar you earn.  
In others words, you will get $0.90 cent on each dollar you earn.  

When an ICSP reaches $5,000.00 and over in monthly compensation.
If that ICSP choose to leave MF at any time, they are entitle to received 
their monthly compensation as long as they continue their monthly 
subscription of $10.80 If such ICSP start a similar business or work for
 any company of similar type (MLM) or sell / give any leads or information 
to any company or individual.  Such ICSP  will be disqualified from all monthly 
compensation and bonus.  Such act is consider a conflict of interest

8.  I understand that as an ICSP, I am not guaranteed any income, nor
am I assured any profit or success. I have reviewed and understand the
compensation plan and realize that my main commissions is from my down
line. I will be free to set my own hours and determine my methods of
working.
9.  I further certify that neither the company nor my up line have made any
claims of guaranteed earning or representation of the anticipated earning
that might result from effort as an ICSP. I understand that my success as
an ICSP comes from developing an organization of other ICSP. I understand 
and agree that
I will make no statements, disclose or representation in helping other 
prospective ICSP other than those approved by the company.
10.  I hereby agree to refrain from producing, advertising, promoting or
describing the company's compensation plan, or other programs, as well as
any written recorded or other materials that have not been approved or
provided by the company.
11.  In event of an ICSP organization, I agree to perform a superb
supervisory role in training ICSP, I agree to a continuing
communication and supervision with my organization.
12.  I understand and agree that the company in order to maintain available
market system will make modifications in the policies and procedures, code of
ethics, compensation plan and company literature. I further agree to be bound
by such changes upon notification through official company notice.
13.  I understand that the acceptance of this agreement does not constitute the
sale of franchise or distribution, and that there are no exclusive
territories granted to anyone, and no franchise fee have been paid, nor am
I acquiring any interest in a security by the acceptance of this agreement.
14.  I understand and agree that because of the personal nature of this
agreement, it may not be transferred or otherwise assigned without the prior
written notarize consent to the company by the ICSP, and prior written 
consent from the company to the ICSP.
15.  The term of this agreement is one year. This agreement shall 
Automatically end one year from the date this agreement is received 
and accepted, unless a renewed agreement is submitted. I understand 
that I must apply for and renew the agreement annually. There may be 
a small fee for renewal processing.
16.  MF shall not be responsible for delays or failures in performance 
of its obligations when performance is made commercially impracticable
 due to circumstance beyond its reasonable control. Such as, without
 limitation, war, riot, fire, death, strike, labor difficulties.
17. If there is a discrepancy over new prospective ICSP, as to
which ICSP get the new ICSP.  The ICSP who first introduce the business 
within a two months period will get the new ICSP.
Any new ICSP after two month, we'll let the new ICSP choose who he / she
 wants to work with.
18. In the event an ICSP discontinue their subscription for the MF services 
and that ICSP is inactive for three months, their services will be terminated.  
This exclude vacation that the company is aware of.

All classified ads and other ads place with MF are subject for company approval
MF reserve the right to canceled or delete any ads.
We do not allow any ad that is consider illegal, drugs, danger to a minor or anyone
of sexual content such porn.

All ads must be renew every month from the date the ad was place

There is a cost for ads place in other area of the web site other than the 
classified area of the web site.
A PARTICIPANT IN THIS COMPENSATION PLAN HAS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AT ANY
TIME REGARDLESS OF REASON.  CANCELLATION MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING
TO support@mannafirst.com  OR TO THE COMPANY AT ITS PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BUSINESS.
